All products sold on Art4Fun are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is limited. Please read this page carefully before making a purchase.
Eligible for Refund
You may request a refund if:
- The digital file is defective — for example, the file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or is incomplete (missing pages)
- You were charged incorrectly — for example, you were charged more than the listed price or charged multiple times for the same order
- The product is materially different from what was described on the product page
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind — simply deciding you don't want the product after downloading it
- Mistaken purchase — accidentally buying the wrong product
- Personal preference — the art style or difficulty level is not to your taste
- Duplicate purchase — buying the same product more than once by mistake
- Technical issues on your end — inability to download or open the file due to your device, software, or internet connection
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible reason:
- Email us at info@art4fun.online
- Include your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- Describe the issue you're experiencing
- Attach any relevant screenshots or files showing the defect
We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a resolution.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed through 2Checkout (Verifone) and returned to your original payment method
- Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5-10 business days)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Free Products
Free coloring pages are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made. If a free download link is broken, please contact us and we'll resolve the issue.
