Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026 · Art4Fun Shop
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect at art4fun.online, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we only ask for what we need to deliver your coloring books, and we never sell your data.
01Information we collect
We collect your name and email address when you buy a book, join the freebie list, or contact us. Phone number is optional. Payment information is handled entirely by our payment processor — you enter card details directly into their secure form, and they are never visible to or stored on our servers.
02How we use your information
To deliver your PDF download links, send receipts, answer your messages, and — only if you asked for it — email you about new releases. We do not use your data for anything you did not sign up for.
03Payment processing
Payments are processed by SafePay, a PCI-compliant provider. Art4Fun never sees, receives, or stores your full card number, expiry, or security code. Your purchase is a direct transaction between you and SafePay on our behalf.
04Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only third parties that receive data are the payment processor (for the transaction) and our email provider (to send your files and receipts), both bound by their own privacy commitments.
05Security & cookies
We use industry-standard measures to protect the data we hold. Our site uses only essential cookies needed to keep your cart and session working — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
06Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@art4fun.online and we will act within 24 hours where we can.
07Children under 13
Our books are made for kids, but this website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Purchases must be made by an adult.
08Changes & contact
We may update this policy occasionally; the date above always shows the latest version. Questions? Contact us or email hello@art4fun.online.
